Architectural Design Service or Design Consultancy:
In the event, that the customer is not happy with the designs, despite multiple revisions - 50% of the amount will be refunded
No refund shall be entertained if the designs have been approved
No refund shall be made after the design/drawings have been delivered

Interior design service:
No refund shall be entertained if the designs have been approved
No refund shall be made after the design/drawings have been delivered

Interior turnkey solutions:
No refund shall be made after the design/drawings have been delivered

Constructions with material:

In any scenario, 10% of the advance will not be refunded.

In case the amount paid by the customer is more than the work done, the excess amount shall be refunded

In the case, when a project is terminated by the client - the cost of architectural designs, structure designs and 3D walkthroughs will have to be paid by the customer
