We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are not happy with the services provided, you can go through our refund policy for the following cases:

  • Architectural Design Service or Design Consultancy:

    • In the event, that the customer is not happy with the designs, despite multiple revisions - 50% of the amount will be refunded

    • No refund shall be entertained if the designs have been approved

    • No refund shall be made after the design/drawings have been delivered

  • Interior design service:

    • No refund shall be entertained if the designs have been approved

    • No refund shall be made after the design/drawings have been delivered

  • Interior turnkey solutions:

    • No refund shall be made after the design/drawings have been delivered

  • Constructions with material:

    • In any scenario, 10% of the advance will not be refunded.

    • In case the amount paid by the customer is more than the work done, the excess amount shall be refunded

    • In the case, when a project is terminated by the client - the cost of architectural designs, structure designs and 3D walkthroughs will have to be paid by the customer

    • No refund shall be made after the design/drawings have been delivered

  • In order to receive a refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We will review the case and issue a refund provided all requirements from the document above are met. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe the services provided have been used in a way that is not in accordance with our terms and conditions.
