Sales Specialist (Female)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling online sales inquiries and be well-versed in English and Hindi communication. Female candidates are preferred, and the candidate should be aged below 30.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage online sales inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Use Zendesk to manage customer inquiries and tickets.
• Be tech-savvy and able to work with various sales tools and software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in handling online sales inquiries.
• Female candidates preferred, aged below 30 years.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of various sales tools and software.
• Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
