Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to join our team in Bihar. The ideal candidate should have a background in real estate or construction and should have a strong track record in achieving large revenue targets. The candidate should be responsible for the revenue targets for the entire state and should be capable of handling a large team of more than 100 people.

 

  • Build and lead a sales team across Bihar and manage sales operations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the state.
  • Hire and train a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Work under pressure and demonstrate a hustler attitude.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the state's geography and demographics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.
Job Requirement
  • MBA in Marketing or a relevant degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in hiring and managing a sales team.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Aged below 35 years.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a hustler attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the state's geography and demographics.
