Job Description
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project & manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Manage the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals & report/ escalate to management as needed.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop methods and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create, and develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process map to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
Job Requirement
  • BE Civil/ Architecture or Bachelor's Degree in other relevant fields of study.
  • Project management experience is a must.
  • Strong in corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects with an understanding of design & vendor management.
  • Proven experience in client handling and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and good at coordinating with various internal functions and departments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills to handle multiple small-scale projects at a time
