Yes, you can use your contractor if you are looking for only architectural design (for construction and/or interior design). However, it is important to note that to complete the project, you will likely still need to hire a qualified site supervisor to handle the construction and any other related tasks. We aim to provide world-class service to our customers. If changes are required in the middle of the project, the timeline and budget of the project need to be reevaluated. Depending on the complexity of the changes, the project manager may need to make adjustments to the project plan and team resources. You will be informed of any such changes and the potential impacts they may have. If possible, the project manager will try to remain within the original timeline and budget by making adjustments to the scope of work or by negotiating with the client.

You need to pay a 10% advance in the case of construction and interior turnkey solution service and a 5% advance for consultancy on designs and drawings.

The first 3 site visits are free. Post which you will be charged 1500 Rs per site visit for an intracity visit.

No, unfortunately, that is not possible. Creating designs involves a lot of effort and thought on our part. In addition to that, we incur operational costs every time a design is made. As much as we would like to provide you with that service for free, currently, we aren’t in the position to do that.

Yes, we do provide contractors for project execution (for all kinds of work). Alternatively, you may choose to source and vet contractors on your own based on your requirements.

    Once you agree upon the work agreement - we’ll begin work on your project.

The length of time required to complete a project depends on multiple factors. But we may be able to complete the project on an urgent basis.
